Key Holding Service - €60 per year

Meet & Greet Service - €30 per visit

Your guests will be met at your property with the keys and on their departure the keys will be collected. A check of the property/ itinery will be made and the property secured

Welcome Pack - if required from €30

Cleaning Service

Will include a full clean to all living areas, applicances and patio furniture.

Windows and terraces cleaned as and when required

Towels, sheets and throws laundered and beds re-made. Toilet rolls replaced and light bulbs when necessary

Please ensure you have sufficient towels and bedding for your guests. 2+ sets of each per bed/ guest

* 2 bed (up to 2 bathrooms) €55

* 3 bed (up to 2 bathrooms) €65

* 4 bed (up to 3 bathrooms) €75

* 5 bed (up to 3 bathrooms) €85

* Larger properties or those with additional levels/ terraces may incur and additional charge

Maid Service - Can be arranged if your tenants require it at an additional cost

Spring Clean Service

Twice Yearly - Start and end of season or when required

A thorough clean to include ceiling fans/ lights, windows, curtains/ blinds and a check to ensure electrical goods are in working order.
